What is the best fat burning exercise? Some would say lifting weights, some would say playing tennis, swimming or other sports, some would say walking, running or jogging, and other would say martial arts or boxing.

Actually, there is no wrong answer, because it actually depends on the person and the kind of lifestyle. The most important thing is you keep on moving, and you sweat up.If you wanna burn those fats, try to drink a lot of water too… it may sound like a cliche, saying water will make you healthy, but it’s true. Water help cleanse our body and also help eliminates body wastes and fats.

So, sweat up with the exercise activity that works for you and rehydrate with water!

My love for football is infinite, even if I can no longer play much, and I don’t get the chance to, I will always love football. It started when I was a kid. Me and cousins would play simple kickball after class, and even during the class break periods.

I was not sickly as a kid, in fact. I was very active in different sports. I love baseball, swimming, street hockey, etc., but football surpassed them all. For me, it’s also an ultimate exercise, because you get to sweat up and no part of your body remains steady. It’s also a natural fat burner because in football, you play, sweat up, and give your all.

You dedicate your heart and you work out your mind as well, you also nurture your spirit to go for the win, or even just that one big kick and one big shot to remember for life.

I hope that someday, I will get to pass on my passion for football to the next generation in my family, especially to my own kids.

Don’t be too preoccupied with too much responsibilities that tends to compromise your own personal and social growth.

It’s great to have a good career, and to make money from hard-work. But what will you do with your money, if in the end you are not happy?

Do not put thing off till tomorrow, travel, have fun, enjoy the fruits of your blessings, and enjoy life’s little adventures. Be safe and secure though, and don’t take things for granted. You may want to take look at online life insurance quotes just before going anywhere to do your ultimate adventures in life. Better ready than not.

Anyway, I got a suggestion for your next adventure. Tired of the usual driving around, or playing so-so sports? Why don’t you go bungee jumping or skydiving with your friends for a change? That would be fun and exciting! Adrenalin rush!

It is different when you can reach things without the help of others. Some benefit from their height and make money from it, just like what basketball players do. The taller you are, the better… Skill can be trained, but having the right height is so hard to achieve.

Height has also become a factor of confidence. Many kids, teens and even adults feel less confident because of being shorter than others. Some parents let their kids take vitamins that mas Chlorella growth factor to help them get taller. Some use hgh spray which is said to work better because it is absorbed by the bloodstream immediately.

Some parents make their kids climb and exercise on monkey bars, play basketball and other sports to help them stretch and exercise to grow taller. Whatever means you have in mind and whichever works for you is good, because it is better to be tall than to be short on height.

Everyday, I try to as much as possible spend even just a short time for my regular exercise. The moment I wake up, I do some stretching exercises, sit-ups, etc. They say that if you don’t move a lot and do not use your muscles, they start to loose volume until your arms and legs start to look skinny. I’ve been too lazy lately though, since I got my net connection back, but when I get the chance even while sitting down or lying down, I try to do curl ups and leg curls.

Aside from eating protein-rich diet to help build muscle, exercise is a must. Even just a short walk everyday would do. If you don’t have a huge space, or has very limited time to go out. A few minutes of jogging in place actually helps. It’s a whole lot better though if you have exercise machines such as elliptical and treadmill to use at home or anywhere accessible.

There are many gym around where you and your friends could hang out, have fun while exercising, or perhaps try to enroll yourself in a sports club and play tennis, badminton, go swimming, etc. Have a daily doze of exercise each day, for a healthy heart.

I love going to the beach, swimming, going mountain or rock climbing, playing kite, surfing, swimming, and all other activities that are often done under the sun. But if there’s a downside to it, it’s having sunburnt skin. I totally hate sunburns! Aside from the fact that they hurt big time, it also take awhile for them to completely heal and peel away.

But no one can stop me from enjoying life, not even having sunburns, that’s why I try to find ways and means to deal with it and to prevent it. Just simple exposed skin care remedies and prevention such as wearing sunblock with high SPF, and also wearing shades to protect my eyes from the sun, wearing caps, or clothing that will prevent my skin from getting directly exposed to the harmful effects of the sun. As much as I hate sunburns, I love playing under the sun. So I say, skin protection is a must for outdoor sports fun lovers like me.

As early as now I’m already thinking about Christmas and the gifts that I will buy for my friends and loved ones most especially for my baby. I already have a schedule for the surgery and that would be second week of December. My dad’s been working on the rescheduling after I backed out last September. I know, I could have done better and shouldn’t have gotten scared, but I was and I still am. However, I am now a little more prepared than I used to and I don’t regret the past months of just doing the things I want. Anyway, back to my Christmas thoughts, I’m thinking about giving sports gifts this time. Honestly, I think my baby would do better and could stay away from stress if she engage in sports while I’m away, until I reach my recovery stage. I’ve been suggesting things for her to do, although I know she still can’t help but worry. I am sad too, because I would love to spend Christmas with her, but it just can’t be. But I’m still wishing her and my family a merry Christmas even I would not be able to celebrate with them.

I think she looks sexy and pretty even in her equestrian clothing. I’ve heard that she can sing too. She used to be some kind of a tv personality, although I guess it never lasted that long since she married a basketball player. I bet their family and their kids would all be sports minded. I hope that one day, I could still do equestrian, because it’s one of my dreams as a kid.Perhaps it’s never too late. Although, I think this sport requires a lot of time to master. So, it’s still best to train your kids while they’re young. Well, that’s if they’re into that sport, otherwise just let them choose what they really want.

Sexy for me is being able to carry yourself with confidence without too proud. Some may associate it with how one converse or the way people look or dress up. But, as we all know it’s often associated with a person’s physical attribute, like firm muscles, biceps, triceps, and the abs. I have a lot of friends who are into working out, I’ve actually tried it before, but I like doing sports more. I’m actually surprised to see how people really work so hard to achieve a good toned muscled body. Some even use prohormones to enhance their muscles. Actually, it depends on a person’s perspective on what really being sexy is all about. For me, it’s basically the intellect of the person, and I find eyes the sexiest part of a person. To make it short, a sexy person for me is someone who can look at you straight in the eyes with sincerity when he or she talks, and of course talk with sense – but never boring.

How about you, What is sexy for you?

I love watches although I don’t wear them most of the time. I probably have more than 10 of them, most of them are gifts and I only bought a couple for myself and both are sports watches.

Recently, I found this box filled with retro stuff, or maybe older than retro times. they look so antique to me, most especially the pair of huge nerdy glasses. It looks weird, but the material the frame was made out of is totally durable. My grandma said that those stuff that I found belongs to my grandpa. There were even nice gold watches, and a medical tag. I didn’t know grandpa had that one too. Well, at least we share something in common.

By the way, my grandpa died of liver cirrhosis, I was so small then. It was too late when the whole family found out, because it turned out that he’s been keeping it all to himself because he did not want them to worry too much. Instead of buying his medications, he had other plans for his savings. It wasn’t until lately that we found out what he was up to back then.

From the same box that I have here right now, we found documents containing his last will. Imagine how long it has been? Well, my grandma never really expected that my grandpa had one because things happened so suddenly back then. But to our surprise, he has left something for my grandma and her kids. What was more surprising was, he bought stocks from SMC. We’re just really glad that the company is doing pretty well, at least his shares has grown and I guess it’s a good thing too that everyone just found out about it now. Otherwise the money would’ve been used up way back.

Now, we all believe that he’s been watching over us, after all this time.

And this box, I asked grandma to give it to me…

to fill it with my memories.
