I am not good at shopping, neither do I have the patience nor the time for it. But if there’s one thing I can contribute, I know just where to find the best quality shoes in town, and I plan to get a pair of boys dress shoes for someone special who will be having his birthday soon. I want it to fit him perfectly, and to match his birthday outfit. I want it to be as comfortable as possible.
You know how kids change moods, and easily lose their temperament or get tantrums when they start feeling uncomfortable. So, whatever you make them wear, they should be comfortable to do anything while they have it on. Whether it’s a pair of shoes or a set of clothes, even accessories.
I used to be very picky myself when it comes to footwear. Although the past few years, I’ve experienced how to live differently, which made me learn to adjust, according to what’s practical. But this time, I want it to be special. I can’t think of anything else to buy but a pair of handcrafted footwear, coz often, the ready made ones are not that comfortable to wear. I hope the little fellow would love and enjoy his new pair of boys dress shoes.
Winter is almost over and spring is coming sooner than you expected. other places did not get to experience their expected snow and winter season. Many places that usually get snow during winter season, did not experience a white Christmas, new year or even an inch of snowfall last and this year. But who knows maybe they would still be experiencing it by the end of this year. This is probably due to climate change.
But to those who constantly experience snow a lot of times in a year, most especially for those who are living in cold places near the north and south poles, there’s nothing like having electric mattress pad for cozy winters and a great sleep. Kids and adults simply love to snuggle to warm cozy beds during cold seasons, even during cold rainy days and nights.
If I were to experience a life of an eskimo, a warmer is definitely one thing I’d love to have aside from the natural heaters. Even if it’s cool to go skiing or riding a snowmobile and hunting, there’s still nothing more wonderful than feeling warm and cozy anytime of the day.
I have noticed how the number of nature enthusiasts in this place is continue to grow each day. I think having different clubs is a huge factor. Activities such as tree planting and nature preservation shows that people are becoming more aware with the current state of our environment.
There’s bike talk and friendship club, which often goes nature tripping and biking. There’s the mountaineering club, hikers, campers, divers, etc. Even the number of fat people in the society is decreasing too, because of all the nature lovers gathering and activities. Keeping in touch and busy with nature works wonders like all natural diet pills that continues to trim down the unwanted weights, through different nature activities.
It doesn’t just get rid of physical body weight, but also the emotional and mental weights. Participating in nature activities is one of the best ways to get rid of stress and to get away from the emotional and mental polluting activities in our daily lives.
I hope people will continue to get involved, and that projects for having bike lanes will also be approved in the near future, so people won’t hesitate in buying bikes, or getting their kids and families into the sport. If not, swimming, hiking, mountaineering, diving, etc, would also be great options. All hail to nature lovers out there.
When I think about love, I think of the color blue. I look at the bright blue sky above and the blue colored ocean reflecting it. Whenever I think of the color blue, I think of the one of a kind gem, Sapphire. It’s blue and simply perfect.
So, I think, for those who want to deviate form the old fashioned, diamonds are forever tradition, perhaps sapphire rings would be perfect for engagement, or even for a wedding. It’s unique too, you definitely won’t see too many people wearing it. It has a royal sense and feel to it, and blue happened to be my favorite color too.
Sapphire rings also looks perfect with a diamond accent. So, if you’re the type who love to stick with the tradition, and also give it a bit of a sweet unique twist to it, the said combination would definitely be perfect for you. Blue is the new red. The color of true love, everlasting.
I know it’s not even spring yet in other places, but I can already feel the heat of the summertime, and I can’t wait for it. It will be a great summer for me this year, hopefully.
Like they say, every summer has its own story, I also have mine, and I can’t wait to relive it, most especially when i hear the local dj playing with his new Stanton dj mixers and giving a new beat to the the song “Summertime” a song by New Kids On The Block.

Yeah, it’s one cool song indeed. I never noticed it though, until recently. It’s becoming quite popular around here. So, I searched for the song in youtube, and here’s what I found. I hope you like it too.
I was alone biking again yesterday, as usual I went to the “spot” where I consider as the end point of my trail, then I stay for awhile, before returning back to where I came from. I was looking at the night lights of the other island when I heard a common voice saying, ”nothing that’s worthwhile is ever easy, remember that.” I just nodded and said, “whew Nicholas Sparks, right?” And he smiled, nodding back.
It was noy Ben, the fishing rod vendor. It’s pretty amazing how this common guy, whom I thought, does nothing but sell bread and night fishing rod light, relaxing by the light post, puffing his favorite swisher sweet cigars, while waiting for the people who want to experience night fishing, actually does more than what he does.
He gives advise to the brokenhearted, lends an ear to those who needs someone to listen, cracks some jokes to those who are losing their sense of humor, and shares his experiences in the past. And lastly, he always share a certain striking quote that would hit you, and leave you thinking.
Looking at him, I never would’ve guessed this guy reads the same books as I do. But it’s great to know that he does. It’s pretty awesome, actually. No wonder why he gets a lot of customers, even if they’re not really into fishing, or his bread is nothing but a common pan de pugon. Haha.
It’s been a long day and night, and now it’s time to rest. I thank God for his graces and the blessing of life, most especially for keeping everyone safe. I hope that he will always keep his arms around us to hold and protect from any harm.
As much as I do not wish to write about the said experience, yesterday has been a real tough struggle. Not physically, but mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. I’m just glad that it’s all over now, and everyone got through it alive and strong.
If there’s one thing I learned, it’s that, I can keep myself calm in times of struggles, but I couldn’t help getting scared and worrying, not for myself, rather, I was worried about certain people who matter so much to me. I realized how important they are in my life, and that I’d never let anything bad happen to them.
If I were to spend the last days of my life, I want to spend every single second making sure that they’re safe and sound. Coz it’s only then, that I will have peace of mind. From now on, I’ll make sure to give them all the love and attention they deserve, like there’s no day after every today.
You often see leather briefcase for men in different colors and sizes. Briefcases seems to have become a symbol of professionalism, as they often go with coat and tie, and are used for official business transactions, and men carrying them, seems to hold a high degree, or status in life.
No, I’m not stereotyping. I’m simply stating my opinion and observation. But despite all that, do you know that whenever I see anyone carrying a briefcase, it reminds me of the old magician, who visited our place, way back when I was a kid. I know that’s pretty strange. But any kid, who has experienced the same thing, would also tell you exactly the same association. Really, nothing beats magic.
But another modern magic for me is how concept collapsible bikes can now fit inside a briefcase. Well, it’s not literally that small, but it’s still a briefcase. I’m really fascinated by it, and can’t help but wish that I’ll have one too. Although I’m a back-packer type of person, so, I need not wait for that type of bike to be sold to the masses, since the folded bikes that fits into a backpack are now readily available in the market.
I’m just excited with the idea, that someday soon, those leather briefcases will also have those bikes in them, and you’ll never know, until they unfold them before your eyes. How about you? What’s inside your briefcase?
I plan to design picnic table for kids. You know how kids love it when they feel like they have something that they could call their own. Not just a play-thing, but something that’s used in real life, like kiddie chairs or picnic tables. They even love it more, when it’s customized and has their name on it.
I haven’t really designed any furniture in awhile. But after browsing through the net and seeing those cute kiddie furniture galleries, it inspired me to do designs again, not for the main purpose of making profit out of it, but also for the joy and smiles it will bring those little kids.
I’d also love to give a gift to a certain little kid, but perhaps it would be a customized chair. He would definitely love to have one, or maybe a set, so he could share it with friends and playmates who frequently visits him.
Have you tried sending flowers online? If so, how was the experience? I’m planning to do that soon. There’s a family I’d like to send flowers to, but I don’t know if the online flower shops actually send sympathy memorial or funeral flowers. Perhaps they do, and I’ll try to do it, since I can’t go to my friend’s wake.
He succumbed to the non-living world just recently. It’s so sad to hear of a friend’s passing, but I guess that’s life. It would have been better though if he lived for the love of his family, rather than gave up on his life due to all his problems.
All problems has their own solutions, maybe not right away, but in time, things always get better. They say, if things isn’t better, it isn’t the end, because things will always be well in the end.
There are people who would do everything and even spend all their fortune, even swear to sell their soul to the dark one, just to live. It’s sad how others waste their lives and throw it away just like that. I could only sympathize with his family now, and I hope things will be better for them somehow.
