The last time I went to the all, I can’t help but notice that their POS system has been upgraded. It’s great to know that businesses have realized the value of modernizing and upgrading their facilities to cater to the needs of the consumers. It makes the point of sale process much faster, thus saving a lot of time, most especially for those customers who are always in a rush, and have so little time to spare.
I wonder if there’ll ever come a time when even the smallest stalls and stores will also have their own POS systems installed. Probably that would happen when they are obliged to make a detailed report of their sales and are required to issue receipts so the bureau can compute their business taxes properly. But for now… they could all enjoy selling stuff on personal level. But not exactly tax free, since all the purchases made when they buy their merchandise are inclusive of tax.
