Vintage Bike Restoration

I’ve been working on restoring a vintage bike recently. When I got it, it looked almost impossible to fix. Trust me, it did look awful. But after using electrolysis to get rid of the rust, the old bike looked pretty shiny and new. No trace of all the impurities and dirt, and the aluminum frame and rims were cleaned, the tires looked good and sturdy after all the cleaning up. Surprisingly the innertubes were still in good condition.

I had to do a simple drill job, but the drill wasn’t working. Apparently, it has run out of power, good thing there are cordless drill batteries readily available. Otherwise, it would have been a huge problem for me, because I don’t have the conventional or electronic drill to use. The bike cleanup and restoration is nearly complete, except for the changing of cables and housing, and installing reflectors. But that shouldn’t be a big problem.
