Lola Maria’s Legacy

Lola Maria spend her entire life making and selling women’s dresses that she designed according to her own style. She also experimented on new styles in fashion, based on what was hit on the fashion industry during their time. It was her special skill, and it was her way of earning for the family, after her husband succumbed to an illness.

Being a single parent and mother, she had to take care of her youngsters, while working hard to be able to provide for her family. She was indeed an amazing woman.

Dressmaking was taught at school, way back during their time, and she practiced hard and improved her skill. Later she had many clients, and then she started her own dress shop and employed other mothers. Years later, the business became popular, boomed, and she also ventured into making infant clothing.

That was the legacy that she passed on to her six daughters after she left. And now, her grand children, both boys and girls are in the business, which has now expanded to a clothing line for women, men and children, enjoying the fruit of their grandma’s hard work.
