What Dreams Are Made Of

Feb 12 2010 Published by admin under Random Thoughts

How weird are you dreams? Are they colored or black and white like the old school times. They say, most people have dreams in black and white, which makes me wonder because my dreams are mostly life-life. I used to have weird dreams before, but no I don’t dream much often anymore, or maybe I just don’t remember them when I wake up.

What I hate most is drowning in a deep cold ocean or running away from all those monsters. Sometimes my dreams are like actions movies, colored and complete with effects, like the explosives, enemies chasing me and then getting rescued by military, hanging on the rope that’s tied to the u shaped industrial handles of the chopper, holding on tight to dear life until it was safe to let go. Sometimes, I also dream about mystical worlds, flying, having powers, etc. Like what they say, it’s free to dream and in dreams even your wildest imaginings are possible.

I think dreams has something to do with the movies I have watched before, or something that I saw on TV or heard in the news. The mind is indeed very powerful to create those images that turns into scenes and incorporate ourselves as characters playing the role.

Taller is Better

Feb 08 2010 Published by admin under Random Thoughts

Height is a big factor in an adult’s life, and even when we are kids. It is different when you can reach things without the help of others. Some benefit from their height and make money from it, just like what basketball players do. The taller you are, the better… Skill can be trained, but having the right height is so hard to achieve.

Height has also become a factor of confidence. Many kids, teens and even adults feel less confident because of being shorter than others. Some parents let their kids take vitamins that mas Chlorella growth factor to help them get taller. Some use hgh spray which is said to work better because it is absorbed by the bloodstream immediately.

Some parents make their kids climb and exercise on monkey bars, play basketball and other sports to help them stretch and exercise to grow taller. Whatever means you have in mind and whichever works for you is good, because it is better to be tall than to be short on height.

Anti-aging Trick that Works!

Feb 08 2010 Published by admin under Random Thoughts

Who want to age and wither fast? No one, of course! Personally, I’d do anything that it takes just to stay young forever. If I have to become a vampire, then I wouldn’t mind.
Seriously, aging is something that people fear in common. It is also the reason why every single day, a study is being conducted and a new anti aging product is being introduced to the market. And whether you believe it or not, they actually sell a lot, because many people can’t help but buy and use them everyday just to make sure that they look young and fresh.

Aside from living a healthy lifestyle, exercising, and eating healthy food, I know one simple anti-aging trick that works — Smile! Smiling can make you look younger. Frowning can add up ten years to your age. So keep yourself away from those stressful thoughts and smile!

Sweat Up!

Feb 08 2010 Published by admin under Random Thoughts

Sweating or perspiring is healthy. It is a way for our body to shed off those excess body fluid, burn fat, and expel out body wastes aside from urinating, etc. Some don’t like it when they sweat, and often try to find ways top counter sweating, which is not a healthy thing to do. You should let your body do what it must, because it is designed that way. If ever it reacts to something it is because it is built with its own defense mechanism to fight against diseases and other illnesses.

Those who don’t get to sweat up or excrete excess fluids in their body start to look heavy and retain fat. Accumulated fats in our system most especially in the heart and those clogging the arteries causes people to expire from heart diseases. It’s been found out that majority of people who suffer from this condition are those who live in cold places, and those who live a sedentary lifestyle.  In that case, top fat burners can also help together with sauna or steam bath, plus a few minutes of exercise. Exercise also helps blood circulation, which is a great way to avoid many health issues.

Healthy and Young Looking

Feb 08 2010 Published by admin under Random Thoughts

When I used to live in my Uncle’s place, I did not have any problem with personal necessities because he’s the type of guy of loves to shop. He and his wife are so concerned about their skin, etc. Sometimes I want to think he’s vain because he uses all types of beauty products from those that are used to rejuvenate the skin to hair loss shampoos and other hair treatment vitamins just to keep his hair from thinning and maybe from turning white, since it has senna too, an element that help keep hair stay black. I even laughed at him before because he does not go out without his kit that my aunt prepared for him. It has a cap, sunblock, shades, etc.

Those couple are really health, body and beauty conscious.  They go to the gym everyday, and even have a yoga class once a week. In the end, I realized that what they are doing makes sense, because for a couple who are on their 50′s they definitely look younger than other couples their age that they are usually mistaken to be a whole lot younger by people who are much younger than them. They are in their mid 50′s but they look like o their early 40′s, healthy and young looking!

Daily Doze of Exercise

Feb 08 2010 Published by admin under Random Thoughts

Everyday, I try to as much as possible spend even just a short time for my regular exercise. The moment I wake up, I do some stretching exercises, sit-ups, etc. They say that if you don’t move a lot and do not use your muscles, they start to loose volume until your arms and legs start to look skinny. I’ve been too lazy lately though, since I got my  net connection back, but when I get the chance even while sitting down or lying down, I try to do curl ups and leg curls.

Aside from eating protein-rich diet to help build muscle, exercise is a must. Even just a short walk everyday would do. If you don’t have a huge space, or has very limited time to go out. A few minutes of jogging in place actually helps. It’s a whole lot better though if you have exercise machines such as elliptical and treadmill to use at home or anywhere accessible.

There are many gym around where you and your friends could hang out, have fun while exercising, or perhaps try to enroll yourself in a sports club and play tennis, badminton, go swimming, etc. Have a daily doze of exercise each day, for a healthy heart.

Looking and Feeling Better The Natural Way

Feb 03 2010 Published by admin under Random Thoughts

Who does not want to look good and fresh all the time? When you look better, you feel better! Ain’t that true? I’m sure it’s true to all mankind whether some would beg to disagree and say that looks doesn’t count. Because if that’s true, I bet people won’t be looking for remedies for their skin problems or those who prefer natural method won’t be searching for a natural acne solution. It is because in reality, we all want to have great looking skin, and to look good not only to others but to feel good about how we look, ourselves.

Anyway, I have been trying out the natural way to rid of free radicals all over my body. Some people call it vanity, I call it self-preservation. and the desire to become healthy nd to look good. I try to eat raw food that consists of fruits and vegetables. I also go for natural tea from ginger and other medicinal plants that are proven to help in the detoxification process. I try to as much as possible drink plenty of water enough to cleanse my whole system and keep me healthy.

Basically, those are just simple things that everyone does everyday. things that we often take for granted, but if done right, can definitely work wonders.

It’s Playtime!

Feb 03 2010 Published by admin under Random Thoughts

I gotta get myself moving to catch some ps3 games that my cousin just recently bought, because my siblings and other cousins might end up getting them before I do.

It’s been awhile since I last played ps3 games, because I sort of become too drawn to browser games like HOG. I am considering playing other games too that involves more people because it’s boring when you’re playing alone. With the way gaming consoles are innovated to become more interactive, there will be no more dull gaming moments for me.

Makes me wonder what to look forward from PlayStation gaming in the next quarter. I have heard they are releasing more games that would definitely blow away all the gamers’ fancy just before the year ends. Hmm… interesting!
