Sweat Up!

Sweating or perspiring is healthy. It is a way for our body to shed off those excess body fluid, burn fat, and expel out body wastes aside from urinating, etc. Some don’t like it when they sweat, and often try to find ways top counter sweating, which is not a healthy thing to do. You should let your body do what it must, because it is designed that way. If ever it reacts to something it is because it is built with its own defense mechanism to fight against diseases and other illnesses.
