Why Do girls find it hard to figure out?

Feb 22 2010 Published by admin under Bittersweet Love

Let me tell you a story…

One day, a girl asked a guy if he thought she was pretty and he said no. She asked him if he would want to be with her forever and he said no. She then asked him if she were to leave would he cry, and once again he replied with a no. She had heard enough.

As she walked away, tears streaming down her face the boy grabbed her arm and …said…

You’re not pretty you’re beautiful. I don’twant to be with you forever. I NEED to be with you forever. And I wouldn’t cry if you walked away…I’d die…

Wonderful Changes

Feb 21 2010 Published by admin under Random Thoughts

Change is the only constant thing in this world, and though majority of things do change for the worst, it’s really great to see wonderful changes too, just like how people change for the better, most especially when it comes to health matters.

For instance, someone I know who used to be very sickly and was struggling to keep herself fit is now fit and well. She realized how much it’s worth to keep oneself healthy, and how much more one can do if not overweight and weak. I’m really happy to see her living her life differently now.

Aside from the fact that she exercise more, and patronizes weight loss products, she also tries to eat less of those junkies in between meals, and drink water instead, which is good by the way. I told her not to deprive herself though, and eat her favorite food once in awhile, just to reward herself for a job well done.

Passion for Football

Feb 21 2010 Published by admin under Random Thoughts

My love for football is infinite, even if I can no longer play much, and I don’t get the chance to, I will always love football. It started when I was a kid. Me and cousins would play simple kickball after class, and even during the class break periods.

I was not sickly as a kid, in fact. I was very active in different sports. I love baseball, swimming, street hockey, etc., but football surpassed them all. For me, it’s also an ultimate exercise, because you get to sweat up and no part of your body remains steady. It’s also a natural fat burner because in football, you play, sweat up, and give your all.

You dedicate your heart and you work out your mind as well, you also nurture your spirit to go for the win, or even just that one big kick and one big shot to remember for life.

I hope that someday, I will get to pass on my passion for football to the next generation in my family, especially to my own kids.

Fighting Low Resistance

Feb 20 2010 Published by admin under Random Thoughts

One of my main problems is having such a low resistance, that if ever sweat dries up on my back I easily have coughs or asthma attacks. If someone sneezes or coughs, or have fever, cold and flu, I easily get infected by them. I am trying to drink a lot fluids, take multivitamin, and vegetables and fruits that are rich in vitamin c.

I am glad somehow that lately I haven’t been that sick, but of course I try to as much as possible void being in public places and transportation, so I just stay at home most of the time. I want to fight low resistance and all other illnesses because I want to be able to do all the things I used to do without worrying of getting sick so easily.

Perhaps with being more cautious and keeping my system healthy for awhile giving it enough time to recover, I would become as healthy as I used to be — God be willing.
