Funny but the last time I’ve tried playing my guitar, one of the strings broke, it snapped without warning and nearly hit my eye, good thing it didn’t but when I’ve tried to pull it off to replace it when a new one, it cut my finger. I started bleeding like hell. I got the alcohol and pour it into the bleeding wound and I cleaned it for the fear that the rusty string might actually infect or worse — cause tetanus…
It did hurt too much, but more than the pain that the cut caused, or the burning sensation of the alcohol in the wound, I was worried about having to tune the guitar again. But at least it happened to me, I couldn’t imagine if it were my younger sib who had the accident.
