The Importance of Feedback

Feedbacks are the best way to evaluate ourselves. So, if people give you either negative or positive feedback, don’t let it affect your ego. A good feedback is more of a recognition of the good things you’ve done, while the negative ones are simply reminders that you need to do better.  Both needs to be  accepted wholeheartedly like a recognition on engraved plaques, as a reminder that there’s an unlimited room of improvement for everything.

To all those who have given me a feedback, thanks a lot and please continue doing so. I really appreciate it!

A great site, very well organised. You can see that from the first page. The articles are organised, on two columns, and each article has a photo. This site has some great graphics, and i love the way the articles are organised on the first page. It gives me a feeling, of a clean site, with fine pictures.
