Have a healthy summer!

I’m a sickly person, that’s why I need all the nutrients my body could possibly get. Although I still eat meat once in awhile. My parents has been encouraging me to just go fruit and vegetable diet all the way, because they said that raw and organic food would actually help me heal faster. My dad by the way is a pure vegetarian, and I can’t really say it’s not effective because he’s past his 50’s and yet he has not a single white hair on his head, and he’s got a nice skin plus he doesn’t look his age. He look so much younger. He used to look a little tubby when he was younger but he said the diet actually helped him with the weight loss. But of course, exercise is also one big thing, and taking supplements to meet your body’s nutrition needs.
Dad said, summer is the best way to start because it’s hot and eating meat actually increases body heat. So, if you eat more fruits and vegetables, it’d be so refreshing. With all the activities that make you sweat, I guess it’s really effective for losing weight too.
