a simple skin regimen for summer

I’m not really much of a vain person but if there’s one secret I have in maintaining a good skin complexion, that’d be natural skin exfoliation once in awhile. What makes our skin looks aged and dull are those dead skin cells, especially if you’re over exposed to the sun. My simple regimen can actually be found on your kitchen. I use either salt or brown sugar and the mix it up with light baby oil or milk and use it as a body scrub. If you’re using it as facial scrub, I suggest you go for the salt, those powdered ones of course. Rub it as gently as possible. I tell you it’s really effective. You’d feel that glow in your skin after you wash off the remnants of the scrub.

If you’re outside, most especially coz it’s summer season. For example you’re at the beach, you can use the sand for foot scrub, if you plan to use it for your body, be sure to use light baby oil and rub it as gently as possible so it won’t irritate your skin and cause blemishes. And on tip, don’t forget to use sunblock with high SPF, because the UV rays may be harmful to your skin if you’re too exposed to the sun, and it may also cause sunburns.

While if you’re having other skin problems such as pimples, I suggest you check on your dermatologists first before using those scrubs in your face. They may have other ideas of natural acne treatments that is more suitable for your skin type.
