It all starts with one voice. I contribute by feeding the homeless and I found it was hard to find a way to do it, so I took it upon myself to go down the street buy a dozen taco’s (from Jack in the box) and fed 4 of the homeless people that hang out in the back of our neighborhood Grocery Store.
I’ve been doing this for 6 months now and have additional family members help out. They’ve spread the word to co-workers, friends and now I ran accross your post that made me feel I wasn’t the only one trying to make a change.
We all have it within us to do something about the things that we disagree with in this world, but I believe action is our true strength.

That is true Bryan! Action is our true strength, that is the same reason why I am a certified Volunteer for almost all community projects, mass feeding, and I make pledges, this way I could help in my own little way. Like I said before, I maybe only one by I am ONE. What I can give maybe too little to feed the rest of the world, but it could feed little hungry mouths and help them survive for a day, and we’ll find a way to give more to keep them alive tomorrow and the days to come. I help spread the word too, and this is one way aside from distributing leaflets. And I think this is better than not giving at all!
Its is when we give and share ourselves, that we really are giving, and in giving we are truly blessed!
I feel the same way with taking care of nature, that’s why I’m also with greenpeace.

i feel really bad about people and money and poverty… it’s something that’s just so, so impossible to easily get rid of. maybe it’s supposed to be here, to balance the world, to balance life…
