My sister just left for another adventure. Now, another room is left empty in our house. We were actually prepared for this, since she always travel and hardly stay home for a long time, and she was supposed to go to another country. People might think she’s crazy but all of a sudden, she’s just given up that chance and took the national government’s offer to work as a bacteriologist in Camiguin. I don’t question her decision, I know she’s always been passionate about helping people and travelling around the Philippines reaching out to people to check on how they’re doing and the status of their health, she’s even gone to those areas where some illness or worst cases are to collect samples and specimens for their study. For the past few years, aside from being a head medtech in the Office of Population Studies’ Reseach Projects, you’d always find her present in different medical missions. There was even a point that she had to sacrifice her health just for that.I hope that this new adventure would be a great one… I’m sure she’d enjoy her stay in Camiguin since she likes rural life. Simple, Clean air.. the sea.. She’s a true blue nature lover.

No one uses her room everytime she goes away, coz she happens to be so meticulous, orderly, gurlie and neat (my complete opposite). If you touch a single thing in her room and move it, she would know…
My lola used to fix her bed even when she’s not around and kept the room clean as if she’ll be back the next day (’guess i’ll be seeing more of that picture again soon… ). But who knows, she might come home next week or the week after next. Ate’s like that, sometimes she just suddenly shows up at the door.

Probably she’ll be away for awhile this time. I know it’s been just a day and December is still a few months from now.. but I’m just wondering if she’ll be home this Christmas.
